The store must observe regulations for members-only outlets, therefore we must ask you to show your membership card when making purchases. With a lot of new members and new volunteers on the till, we can’t all recognise everyone, so please make sure you have a current membership card with you.

Opening Hours: Saturdays 2 to 3 pm, Sundays 10 to 11 am and Wednesdays 2 to 3 pm.
This members-only shop stocks a range of composts, fertilisers, a full range of seeds and gardening materials and of course our top-selling bird seed. All are competitively priced because all staff are volunteers.
Members are strongly encouraged to serve for an hour on a 6-week rota so that we can share out the responsibilities without overburdening anyone.
We can place orders for special requests, whether for unusual seeds or a particular pair of secateurs and every autumn, members receive a comprehensive list of seed potatoes which can be ordered at well below market prices.
And usually there’s someone who can answer your gardening problem or at least point you in the right direction for finding the answer.
