DATA PRIVACY POLICY
The new General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR) has the aim of ensuring greater data security and
transparency. The new regulations apply to all organisations that keep records,
customer lists etc. That includes HAHA. We now have to obtain your active
consent to keep and use your data to contact you for various purposes.
We have therefore drawn
up the following Privacy Policy to notify you that we collect your data, i.e.
name, address, telephone number, email (where applicable), record of subscription
and rental payments etc. The data will be used solely for the purposes of the Association
and for the management of the allotments. We will not pass on such data to
third parties or other organisations. We will keep the data for the duration of
your membership and for one year thereafter; we will then erase your data from our records. |
